Tess Middlebrook’s Pasta Making Class
A 3-course dining event in our spring garden

Classically trained under world-class chefs like Mario Batali, Mattahias Froeshcel, and Wylie Dufresne, Chef Tess is equipped in a range of techniques and cuisines from molecular gastronomy to rustic Italian. After years in the restaurant industry and achieving second place on the Food Network’s “Chopped,” Chef Tess decided to focus on her passion for teaching people how to cook simple and satisfying food. She’s also been part of “Good Mythical Morning,” an award winning talk show series on YouTube.

*Gluten free option, though the chef wouldn’t recommend it 🙂  

  • Pizzoccheri (Buckwheat Pasta), a classic Northern Italian pasta made with 3/4 buckwheat flour and 1/4 all purpose flour. Served with vegetables and a sauce mornay.

  • Celery Root & Stinging Nettle Ravioli With Truffle Jus

  • Bitter Greens Salad 

  • Lemon Curd & Berry Tart

This cooking workshop is limited to 10 lucky students who will go home educated about cooking skills with a full belly!
